The
system's construction is based on a sturdy specifically designed
extruded aluminium frame with a durable timber infill. Each
metre by half metre panel has been manufactured to accurately
interlock with its neighbouring panel to produce a flat solid
base.

Ninety-nine
percent of the platform surface is exterior grade plywood
which is visually neat and will also accept most fixings.

Any
panel can be removed to enable the repositioning of services
after installation.

The
fixed leg allows a finished height between 75mm and 300mm.
•
The
split leg is height adjustable and can be used for increasing
overall platform loading capacity and supporting system
when base plates, tee bars become an obstruction.

The
new Expo integrated floor system has been developed in response
to our clients needs for a platform system, pre-finished and
capable of being laided by untrained staff travelling from show
to show.
Constructed from two aluminium extrusions and legs capable of
being adjusted from 100mm to 400mm high, the basic framework
is easy to assemble. With pre-finished boards to the client's
specification, a completed platform can be installed and ready
to use very quickly.
